Once again, PWA attempts to deal with a problem by saying it "addressed this issue." Well, perhaps in the sense that they found the intersection, but the utility outside the address is still saturated with graffiti and stickers.

Not more than ten minutes, I walked past the intersection in question, and the utility boxes on both 40th and Webster continue to be saturated with sticks and graffiti. Why do PWA personnel continue to lie about having "addressed this issue?"
