Description

This tree to the left above the fence hangs over our property and back yard where our two young children play. A licensed arborist inspected it and determined it is rotting from the inside with significant limbs above the rotting point which are a danger to fall. Although the house address is in Hamden, according to Hamden public works the property directly behind the fence / property line is New Haven.
