Description

I drive by this neighborhood and see these kids once or twice a week playing with the water. They normally have thier swimsuits on and just swings the water hose all over the place. Water will flow down the curbside. Parents do not care when situation is brought to thier attention. Parents also water down/wash thier vehicles as well and just tossing the waterhose letting it run. Again, water wasted by the parents. Kids will run loose riding bike without helments, kids playing basketball holding traffic in the residential area. Pretty much careless resident to our city & society.
