Description

A dedicated Left Turn lane, AND a protected left turn traffic signal are BOTH needed on Broadway southbound at Coronado Ave to prevent head on car crashes as frustrated southbound Broadway motorists try to turn left into Rockridge Shopping Center in an increasingly congested traffic climate.
