Description

Kaiser Flu Shot Clinic (drive up); across from Oakland Tech HS. Car lines were blocking 46th Street (now cleared) BUT crosswalks at 45th and Broadway blocked by line of cars; pedestrians and disabled individuals unable to get across street to access medical center.
