Please fill pothole at 35 Gage Avenue. This work order is submitted at the request of Councillor Guinasso.

Please install a "No Parking This Side" on Thorndike Street towards the end of the street near Hastings Street.

Please replace the faded Resident Parking signs on Bellingham Avenue.

Please install appropriate street sweeping signage on School Street from True Street to Tapley Avenue. There are no signs at this stretch. School Street is 1st (even) and 2nd (odd) Thursday.

Resident called to report that Page Street has several potholes that need to be filled.

Please install adequate street cleaning signage the entire length of Proctor Avenue. 1st Monday is the odd side. 2nd Monday is the even side.

Please install "No Parking Here to Corner" signs on both sides of Borden Street at the intersection of Fenno Street 20 feet down. Vehicles are parking on both sides making it difficult to turn onto Fenno Street safely.

Signage is being requested by Councillor Keefe at the request of area residents.

Please re-install a "No Parking Here to Corner" sign 20 feet west from the intersection of Adams Street (behind Lighthouse Nursing). The sign was removed when the new sidewalk was installed. Location of sign is indicated by the small sign pole stump that was not removed during the sidewalk installation.

This is at the request of a Mountain Avenue resident and Councillor Keefe.

Sagamore Street should be posted as all day resident parking. There is one sign close to the intersection of Shawmut Street that reads, resident parking 9:00am - 5:00pm. Please correct.

Agawam Street should be posted as resident parking all day. The odd side of the street is posted at 9:00am - 5:00pm. The even side of the street is posted as all day. Please fix the signs on the odd side of the street.

Replace or install "No Parking" signs on Carleton St. Signs are faded or missing.
