There was a homeless camp on the floor and Creek bike trail blocking the path for pedestrians and bicyclists. It is located on Orange Avenue nearby Citrus Avenue. This has been an ongoing problem and it only seems to be getting worse. We are unable to go on bicycle rides on the bike trail due to all of the garbage blocking the pathway.

Stop sign is covered by tree at the intersection of Shasta Lily Drive and Tegea way. The stop sign on the Northbound Lane is obscured buy tree branches and people are running the stop sign.

Residents at 6406 Stacy Avenue have illegal mini bikes and pocket motorcycles that they race around the neighborhood, both on the sidewalks and streets, with no regard for the safety of pedestrians or people driving vehicles. This has been an ongoing problem for several months. Several nights a week, especially on weekends, we here the exceedingly loud Motors, of these mini bikes and pocket motorcycles, revving all night up and down the streets of this small cul-de-sac. They have nearly caused several car accidents in the area and often go speeding through our nearby bike trail and onto oncoming traffic at Orange Avenue bike trail access near Stockton blvd

Illegal dumping on Citrus Avenue between pomegranate Avenue and Orange Avenue. There are several locations on this little eighth of a mile Street where people have dumped sofas, TV's, mattresses and other garbage. There is also a couch that was illegally dumped right around the corner at 6601 pomegranate Avenue

At the corner of, Stocker way and Richeve Way, it floods due to the street asphalt pavement being uneven and the water gets as deep as 6 inches because it is not running towards the drains that are located at the corners. Instead the water runs north word it is clearly visible that the street is uneven

Graffiti on brick wall at corner of Cottonridge Circle and Fernridge Drive ... looks like several Satanic graffiti markings such as 666, inverted crosses, Pentegram etc.
