    Whats left of a homeless encampment. Feces all along the fence, trash and d other misc refuse on actual trail and down in fhe creek area directly below other mess. Everyday the area gets bigger and the mess is more spread out due to other homeless people going through the stuff. Is a safety and fire hazard. Trail is so cluttered that a vehicle and/or bicycle would have trouble crossing. Also, used, uncapped syringes, broken glass, and i aslo seen a few knives on the ground. It's sickening to see this type of thing not only along but on my trail, your trail.

    About a week ago I was walking my dogs at about 6:30 a.m. when I saw a white older model Chevy truck unloading a bunch of branches and tree stumps in the road along with grass clippings Bush trimmings and some miscellaneous trash when I walked closer to them to get the license plate number the driver ran toward the driver's side of the vehicle and slipped on some leaves and busted his nose open. It was beautiful it was like Instant Karma. Anyways he hopped in his truck in reverse and went reverse all the way to the stop sign dragging a huge Branch under his truck. This is the mess they left

Sheriffs were called out to the scene and made contact with the individuals that were camping here they made contact twice I personally Witnesses the sheriff's let them Camp here for the remainder of the weekend and this is what they left thanks Sacramento Sheriff's Department
