Rv parked on corner of 39th Ave and 39th street. Blocking visibility, with their stuff all over the sidewalk, impeding right of way. They've been here for weeks. Someone is going to get in an accident. These people are vagrants and shouldn't be living here, other vagrants coming in and out of the Rv.
