I've reported this before but the trash is still there. This is under the Bart/Hwy 24 overpass at Shattuck and 55th St. in North Oakland. This is close to private residences. And those in the neighborhood cross here often on foot to get to Telegraph. Please, please, come and clean this area. Thanks!
