    Hello,
    There is a handicapped sign several spaces away from the corner of State and Eld Streets. Neighbors are unclear on whether this indicated one space (as marked), or if it indicates handicapped parking all the way to the corner. Could the curb be painted to mark the limits of the one space that is handicapped so that the rest of us can park in the remaining space between there and corner? Thanks!

    The church at State and Eld has been starting work on scaffolding and sand blasting before 7am, one day this week at 5:45am. Is there anything to do to protect sleep for neighbors until a more reasonable hour?
