Oakland needs to start doing something about the homeless. They are destroying Oakland.

Please fill out an MSR at Caltrans web site. Its a pain getting all garbage, crap and syringes out of the ivy. Let alone the vagrants.

The same reason so many PWD now embrace SEECLICKFIX they can use the pubic as Pro-Bono employee's. All Oakland PWD does it give us a link to make the report for them thus taking them off the hook. Pitiful
