Residents at 6406 Stacy Avenue have illegal mini bikes and pocket motorcycles that they race around the neighborhood, both on the sidewalks and streets, with no regard for the safety of pedestrians or people driving vehicles. This has been an ongoing problem for several months. Several nights a week, especially on weekends, we here the exceedingly loud Motors, of these mini bikes and pocket motorcycles, revving all night up and down the streets of this small cul-de-sac. They have nearly caused several car accidents in the area and often go speeding through our nearby bike trail and onto oncoming traffic at Orange Avenue bike trail access near Stockton blvd
